I highly recommend Aleksei - i had a difficult problem to overcome with my fireplace insert and he solved the problem that their support team could not solve. I would definitely use him again - he saved me so much trouble not having to return a perfectly good fireplace insert. He also solved my garbage disposal issue in very little time and was perfectly willing to go to Home Depot to buy the new disposal for me. He is very polite and he cleans up perfectly after his work is done. Thanks again Aleksei!
