I could be happier with the gutters installed on my home. I love the fact I was able to support a family business with an added benefit with it being veteran owned. Matt, Dona & Zach offered a ton of suggestions for the best function and curb appeal. I would recommend Vetworx to anyone. I will be reaching out to them when it is time for me to replace my roof.

VetWorx recently made some repairs to my Residential tile roof. Matt was knowledgeable, capable, and performed all work on time and on budget. I was provided a detailed estimate with photos demonstrating the need and reasoning behind each action item. Once work was complete there were no surprises - my final invoice matched my estimate, and photos showing the completed work were provided. It was refreshing to work with a family based small business that provided quality work. Since this job, I have also had them come to my commercial property where I experienced the same quality and timely work. I will absolutely recommend VetWorx to friends and family.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to interested parties immediately by Thumbtack message, text and/or phone call - normally within 30 minutes! Should we be selected to perform the work, we schedule at their earliest convenience. We then text an appointment reminder the day prior. Project fulfillment is managed by the owner to ensure top notch quality and communication that exceeds our client’s expectations. We are in the process of obtaining a contractors license and are limited by statute to a threshold for labor a materials.

We have 25 years of experience in the field of consulting, project management, technical writing and project fulfillment. USMC Veteran BA UC Irvine AA Orange Coast College Registered Roof Consultant Certified Construction Document Technician
