Erick arrived on time to investigate a potential sprinkler leak. His diagnosis was very detailed, and not only covered our property but also our neighbor's after he discovered the likely source was coming from there. After advising them, he recommended that we not spend on any fixes until we were satisified that the issue was resolved with our neighbor's leak. Two weeks later, we are no longer seeing any issues on our property.

Pro was punctual and got on with the job after I provided a brief description of the problem. He discovered that rats had gnawed through electrical wires at two sprinkler valves. He replaced the wires and we tested with the timer and it could now control the stations again, to my complete satisfaction. I'll no doubt hire the same pro again in the future as the need arises.
