Sam worked hard on a very hot day to free up plugged drain pipes from leaf residue. Unfortunately we are presently in a drought period and cannot evaluate the success of his work.

Sam repaired the wooden bottom of an outdoor screen panel that was rotten, as well as the screen portion of another panel. He did a fabulous job and I would hire him again in a minute. This outcome was the end result of a very fast response time and a quick assessment of the project. My wife and I have had many contractors over the years and Sam stands head and shoulders above them all.
