- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is built in. Hours, travel, parking, tools, equipment, all of it is put into the estimates. And I work hard to try and come in under those estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the general outline over text or email, set a time to discuss it over the phone, then have a quick run through of the project on location.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone you can trust and who you'd be comfortable with in your home.
