- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a company that is willing to work with your budget. Are prices are set accordingly, as we are able to provide you with great quality and amazing prices. Please check out our work as we provide you with a 100% guarantee or your money back. If we don't produce what we say, then you don't pay. We send invoices to all of our clients and provide you with a contract, which provides both parties the security of our services. We also have never canceled on any client, EVER. We have 5 team members that work for Crowd Control Houston and if one can't make it, the other team member will replace them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a phone call, this way we can get a better idea of what exactly your looking for, then ask you what your budget is, so we can try and keep you within means. We then explain the best options for you as we break down the things you may or may not need in order to save you time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree in Marketing and currently going for my MBA. I am also serving in the United States Army as a recruiter in Humble, TX. I started my business, 18 years ago and have been successful in the Los Angeles, Las Vegas and now the Houston area. I'm usually booked 90% of my weekends throughout the year. We also have a family owned business, which consists of 5 members that are able to do the job, no matter the situation, which is why we have never cancelled on a client. We take pride in our work and focus on the needs of our clients as they were are own.
