Toby’s communication was great. He arrived on time. He put in a nema outlet for me as well as changed out some electrical power outlets. He kept me informed of what he was going along the way. Had Toby with TJK Electric install several new lights in my pool house. It was a last minute rush job for a party, he fit me in his schedule right away and did a beautiful job. We have a system of standardized pricing based on material cost and labor time and experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
•We will send someone out to do an estimate, and once a pricepoint has been agreed upon we can schedule a time thats convenient for you. •Some jobs if simple enough can be estimated over the phone through one of our technicians. •Work is typically available same day as estimate depending on our schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 20+ years of experience through our technicians have completed the appropriate schooling.
