Pros: price is good Cons 1) frequently would not show up on the day agreed upon, nor would communicate about not showing up. 2) There were multiple gaps on the drywall ceiling when the canned recessed lighting were installed. Admitted they 'messed up', refuse to fix it. 3) They made a mistake on the wiring, charge me extra to correct it. 4) I tried calling them multiple times once the job was finished to see what they can do to remedy the mistakes. Phone calls were never returned.

He has not disregarded our concerns and has made efforts to take care of our needs. We will call on him for future work because things happen. They can happen to him. They can happen to us. Though we have not seen his work, the amount of professionalism supersedes this one moment in time. For his professionalism and courtesy, he deserves 5 stars.
