Is this is how you want your drywall to look you should hire this guy. I regret to say I did and when he acts like I cut him a blank check and sent me an invoice for almost triple the original quote, he tried to pressure me and told me I had to pay it and when I didn't pay it, he reported me to the building inspector to report all the code violations he did and since he is not licensed I couldn't report him. I should have known when 1. he asked me for money upfront, 2. said my guys only specialize in one trade and 3. generated random estimates that made no logical sense. The 3 signs that your remodeler (unlicensed contractor) is trying to scam you.

everything your saying is a lie. #1 we never advertise we have all trade license but we sublease some of them #2 you hired us because we were 3 times cheaper then a full license company. 3rd when I brought my sublease companies they had thire licenses. 4th then you took advantage of my situation and hired him behind me for 20 l%o lower. #5th you still haven't paid my roffer company for 4 skylight installation. #6 you did a horrible job on entire house you did structural roof framing it was way off the code and unsafe nothing was straight level. plus you keep adding jobs offcurce the price would go up when you add Moore jobs. #7 we never responded you probably it was few guys before me you hired for your sealling strucural change as you told us you fired them same way took advantage of them. #8 always be fare pay your workers reguards of thier licenses because you hired them and used them so by labor law your your bonded to pay them otherwise labor law is very good getting the money fast and with panalties. if you don't have money dont start any projects so you don't endure not paying your contractors or labors. #9 I hope you don't do this to anyone again be honest and your contractor didn't do good job you can take them to the court theres protection for consumers as we'll. but you Kew all that. #10 you still owe me for meterials. I bought. and labor.

They came to install my garbage disposal. Shah and his helper were very easy to work with and helpful. He advised me on what to do and longevity of parts etc. It was an easy process. Would definitely use them again!

Super Professional, give em a shot, Very reasonable and listened. They understood I didn’t want to use insurance (high deductible) & troubleshot w least expensive methods. Issue addressed, slab leak taken care of w no ground breaking. Phew!!!
