FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with someone you are comfortable with and trust. You will be working with them during a stressful and tough situation. The last thing you want is to be paying an attorney you hate and don't want to work it. It becomes an unpleasant experience for everyone involved. You want someone that you can effectively communicate with because it is important to be on the same page and understand what is going on.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The most important things to remember in this practice are: 1. Every case is different. People like to compare their cases to other people in the same situation or read about their situation on the internet and base their expectations on that. The truth is no two cases are exactly the same and every case will have it's own strategy and outcome. 2. It is impossible to make guarantees of success in this profession. The only guarantee we make is that we will fight for our clients every step of the way. An outcome cannot be guaranteed because there are too many different variables, such as the Judge's decisions, jury outcomes, etc.
