- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very straightforward. Pricing is discussed up front and agreed upon prior to the beginning of the project. I do not charge fees for the removal of unwanted items or trash. I also offer a military discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to speak on the phone. This allows me to ascertain exactly what my client is looking for. Goals are discussed and a plan is put in place. The next step is to book a date for the services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of people: those with small decluttering and organizational needs and those with seemingly insurmountable organizational jobs. Sometimes all it takes is an unbiased person to help sort your items or offer solutions.
