From my initial inquiry to the conclusion of the job, Carmen at Shamrock was fantastic. The communication and booking were seamless with fast and professional communication. I provided a few photos of the proposed job and was supplied with an estimate. I was on a pretty short timeline, which they accommodated nicely. Carmen was professional, arrived on time and navigated my downtown area building very well. He was professional and efficient and did a great job cleaning my carpet and sofa. 10/10 carpet cleaning. Carmen was quick but paid attention to details. Scheduling was easy and he also followed up to see if any stains reappeared after a couple days when the carpet was dry.
