FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of project. From $3 for addressing an envelope to $875 for a complete wedding suite, there are many factors to considerate when I'm quoting a client (type of paper, amount of invitations needed, size of the piece, etc) . My prices are quoted for a high-quality materials (paper and/or ink) to ensure that my work will maintain the same look and condition over the years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the first contact I usually have a virtual meeting or a phone call, where we discuss details and a mood board (which I can help them to put together), and also final dates. Once I start the work I usually keep contact with my clients sending pictures and sneak peeks of the process and open communication all the time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graphic designer besides my training as a Calligrapher (that started more than 10 years ago) which I think is a great match of knowledge.
