I met with Ilan regarding an estimate for a bathroom remodel and found him to be efficient, knowledgeable, and punctual. He takes pride in work and is intent on giving his clients excellent service. We went in a different direction for our project, and so we did not contract with King remodeling. However, I could tell that he is a force, and I am confident that his work would be excellent and completed in a timely manner.

Ilan and the King Remodeling team were outstanding to work with. As a first time home owner and first time renovating a bathroom, the process couldn’t have gone smoother. We were out of town for the majority of the remodel and felt very confident leaving the house for the team to come and go as well as received updated check ins on the progress. Th remodel took about 2 weeks to complete. total price for the remodel was $12,498. I felt like the price for demolition was a little overpriced for $3,000. Another issue was plumber had to fix the tub spout because it was not seated properly against the wall, so he put a sealant adhesive to fill the gap as he stated he couldnt seat it all the way. Other than that this company was not bad with scheduling and professionalism.
