A Little About Us JMM Construction & Remodeling has proudly served the County of San Diego, California for over ten years. During the past decade we have been able to help many clients all over San Diego County. Our goal is to improve residential properties and help neighborhoods / communities with their construction projects. One of the reasons our clients stick with us for many years is because of our quality line of work, and our family-feel type of business. We do our very best to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with our projects before we go home at the end of the day, leaving them feeling stress-free and at ease! JMM Construction did an outstanding job in remodeling my bathroom into a total oasis. It’s now my favorite room in the whole house. Corey is a true professional. He’s super friendly and responsive. He would regularly check-in to make sure everything was going smoothly and according to my expectations. He accommodated my design preferences and provided valuable suggestions for materials, ensuring every detail met the highest standards. Corey’s team were not only skilled but also courteous and friendly, making the construction process enjoyable. They were very patient with my requests along the way. Their attention to detail, especially with tiling, was exceptional, and they went the extra mile to enhance the design, even without specific requests. They were here pretty much every day (even some weekends) from the day the project started until the end. I never had to call to find out whether someone was showing up that day. They were also respectful of the property and cleaned up after work everyday. Thanks to JMM for a smooth and enjoyable construction process and a beautiful bathroom!

Working with JMM Construction to remodel our first floor, full bathroom, was an incredible experience and we are already working with them on our next bathroom remodel project. From the first time we met Corey when he came to our house to look at the bathroom and provide an estimate, we found him easy to work with, appreciated his suggestions and most of all felt that he was always listening to our wants, needs and concerns. He was always responsive to our questions and provided support through each step of the process - including meeting us at the vendor locations to choose materials. The project was finished on-time and on-budget. The JMM employees always treated our home with respect and cleaned up every single day, enormously reducing the inconvenience that construction inevitably brings. We would absolutely recommend this company and look forward to having them remodel our next bathroom in the coming months.

Jorge and his team were professional, punctual, adaptive and proactive during our bathroom remodel. They were open to last minute changes and were able to make recommendations. Our bathroom has a clean, bright look and for such a small space they made it look bigger. Jorge managed his team well and was present in the mornings or afternoons to make sure his team worked to the schedule that was proposed. Great experience.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with JMM for our master bathroom remodel. Corey, the project manager, was exceptional in coordinating every aspect of the project. His attention to detail and communication skills were top-notch. Angel, the primary remodeler, was a true craftsman. The quality of his work surpassed expectations. They transformed the bathroom into into a luxurious space that is now our favorite room in the house. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and friendly. Very quick responses to all emails and questions. The workers were on time daily and communicated well when they would be there. They estimated our job to be done within 3 or 4 weeks and the workers came over the weekend and finished in under 2 weeks. They did everything to our standards and now we have two functional bathrooms again and a pantry we can easily access. It was well worth the cost they quoted, especially with how quickly and well the work was done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be a a problem for many customer if they have not done a remodeling project before or if it’s a last minute emergency and customer is not ready to expend thousand of dollars in something that was not plan. Something to know is that most contractors offer finance know in days, another thing to know is that by the CSLB regulations contractors cannot ask more than 1,000dlls as a deposit and most of contracts are paid in stages, this means 30% beginning of projects and the rest in progress of project. We offer some discounts for military service members
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting, estimate, contract agreement, schedule start date, work process, final completion, final walkthrough
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a associates in construction manager, done many OSHA courses, Military technical engineering, many military courses in construction, and couple certificates in photovoltaic system.
