- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are probably middle of the pack for pricing when you are looking to hire a company that is: experienced, specialized, licensed, bonded, insured, etc. Hands down we are better than most on service and quality. You will get our best price the 1st time. We don't sell on discounts, promotions, etc. You see that a lot in our industry. You get what you pay for..... and here you will get a lot!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will treat your project like it is our own. We will meet you at your house and give you a design on what you want (your vision and or your current problem) and incorporate our suggestions. We will show you samples and help you visualize the completed project. We have a quick turn around on getting you a custom design and competitive proposal. O yea, no sales games here. You sign up when you are ready and we will install your project as soon as our calendar has an opening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a small business owner I have a Business Management degree from SDSU (Go Aztecs!). In addition, I have over 10 years experience in this industry designing and supervising over 600 projects. Our crews are the best in town and experienced. Each crew has over 25 years combined experience installing pavers, synthetic turf, wall, and other outdoor living elements.
