We terminated the agreement with you for these reasons: 1. Verbal abuse 2. Breach of Agreement 3. Refusal to communicate with the intention of understanding of the process 4. Abusive tactics to pressure us to refund you after working on your project for three weeks After carefully considering it, we decided not to continue working with you and offered to waive the $2,000 payment due, which is already a loss for our company. As professionals, we often encounter clients like you who, after willingly entering an agreement with us, knowing the process and terms of our contract, start to minimize our work to stop paying us. We understand this doesn't define the quality of our work and the professional treatment of our clients. We have active and former clients who can provide excellent testimonies, have become great friends, or are just regular nice clients. We will continue providing outstanding services to our current and future clients, and hopefully, you'll be able to find the right person for your project.
