I reached out regarding an issue with my fridge needing to be leveled and to have the doors looked out because the right side was making a noise during opening and closing. Serge was super punctual and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process of fix options. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done. Would hire again to take care of any appliance issues.

My dryer was making a loud, terrible noise. Described it over the phone and he said “yep, I know exactly what that is.” Came over quickly and assessed the situation. Didn’t waste time with a diagnostic fee and upselling me. Just ordered the part, told me when it would be delivered, got the part, and came back to finish the job. Explained what he did and why without talking down to me. Even swept up after himself! Great service.

My kitchen flooded from my dishwasher when I got home from work. It was a Friday night at 530pm. I sent a request to Storchtech through thumbtack and within 2 minutes he responded and was at my house in less than 20 minutes. Most of the technicians were not able to come until Monday morning. However, he came out, cleared flood and was able to get my dishwasher up and running in no time. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a true professional and to get the job done in a moments notice.

Asked for a price to remove existing wall oven and install new one. Was quoted an incredible $500. I received 3 other bids of $150. each. When I told Storchtech they were not even in the ballpark, and reiterated I simply wanted one plug-in oven removed and another of the same size put in, he told me that's his price, and if I can get it done for $150 then go for it (which I have). Crazy high customer gouging prices. DEFINITELY SHOP AROUND if you get a quote from this guy!
