I hit up Alex about my fridge not making ice anymore, I tried to solve the problem myself but I couldn’t fix it. I found Alex from offer up yesterday. Ask when I was available and I said anytime since I work from home. Next day which is today in the morning he let me know he was 10 mins away so he came found the problem then had the part in stock and replaced what was broken which I wouldn’t have known to replace. Always support small businesses instead of actually big companies! Hit up Alex for any appliance needs!

Alex came in and promptly began work. He quickly identified the problem and talked to me about the repair estimate. We agreed on a price and a couple hours later he was finished. He even noticed that I had the fridge handle loose and tightened it up, free of charge. It's a small thing, but to me it shows that he is a guy whho would go the extra mile. Would definitely hire him again!
