This is my second time hiring Prime HVAC, and once again, the experience was seamless. When my furnace stopped working, they came out to assess the issue and determined that the board needed replacing. They quickly ordered the part and were back the very next day to install it, getting my heater up and running again. Adam was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend both Prime HVAC and Adam for any heating needs!

I’d been without heat for two days. Finally decided to get on Thumbtack to research HVAC repair contractors. Prime HVAC & Appliance Repair was one of the top results with a ton of good reviews. I submitted the service request and saw the following day was available, so I accepted. Almost immediately got a call stating the tech could come out today instead, as he’d just finished another job near me. Adam showed up not too long after that. He quickly got to work and before too long I was starting to warm up. He gently mentioned some problems that would need to be addressed sooner rather than later, but didn’t push hard to try and force me to buy something. I really appreciated that, especially after a prior negative experience with a different HVAC company who told me my system was shot and needed to be replaced to the tune of $15,000 when it was really only a $9 capacitor that needed to be replaced. When the time comes for full replacement, Prime HVAC will be who I call.

They replaced my very old HVAC system with a fair price. Explained to me very clearly of what my options are(pros/cons) and associated costs, and installed system in a highly professional way, and cleaned up their working area before they left(Everything looks neat and tidy). Anyway, I'm quite happy on their job and PrimeHVAC is highly recommended.
