- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every single repair for us usually starts from a professional diagnostics of your appliance. At a flat price of $70 service call fee you will be provided with a detailed description of what exactly is wrong with your appliance as well as what is supposed to be done in order to make it start working perfectly again. Our specialist will give you a detailed estimate for the repair and you are not paying the service fee and it can be discounted from the total cost during 30 days if you need some time to think about the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just a few simple steps hold you from getting your appliance repaired: - Call or text us with a description of your issue and our representative within a couple of minutes will schedule and confirm an appointment for you. Regular appointment are set at 3 hours time frames and you choose which fits to your plans. - Next step, when the appointment time comes, you will receive a notification 30 minutes prior to our specialists arrival. Make sure you are available for his visit and there is free access to the appliance, - When the professional diagnostics is done and you are informed about the reasons of the malfunction, under your approval we are ready to do the repair as soon as possible and in a timely manner you are going to forget about the trouble you had. - Feel free to deliver any feedback on your experience to our office, we are always happy to help you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Progress never stays at one point and with multiple new models and improvements a large experience we have is not enough. For this reason we always stay in tight communication with the manufacturers and our technicians receive regular trainings to be sure we can cope with any issue.
