Called Fix it pro and Aleks came out the same day. He diagnosed the issue with our washing machine. The mother board was burnt out. He ordered the part and came back a couple days later to install it. Good service, promptness and communication. I would use Fix it pro again.

Alex was accommodating to the appt time I needed. He found the problem on my 15 yr old Kenmore Duet dryer. He replaced the belt and “pulley”. Since he was already here I needed my fridge looked at due to over-icing. He said the drain was plugged so he thawed it out and so far so good. Thank you Alex!
