Update: Stand Up company eager to resolve my disappointment. Owner called. He had been out of town. He immediately offered to send someone back out at a discounted rate or to refund my $59. I explained the dry had already been replaced. He immediately offered to service and hook me up with a warranty. I have them down for my next appliance repair. It is so refreshing to have a positive experience and solution when there is a satisfaction issue. Thank You!!! Very disappointed. ECH is out of my budget. The part was $157 and the labor was $215. I was offered a $30 discount. I am not sure what going labor is but at this rate air drying will do just fine for the time being. Maybe appliance labor costs that much? The whole job would have taken not more than 45 minutes. Huge bummer.

Our refrigerator stopped working suddenly, of course right after we had gone grocery shopping. I used the Thumbtack App to find someone to fix it. ECH Appliance Repair had excellent reviews, AND - I was able to book an appointment online for the very next day! My husband works from home and said that ECH Appliance Repair had communicated with him and that they would actually be there early! Our refrigerator needed a new compressor and some other repairs and it was all taken care of in one visit. My husband said that the repair person was very professional and courteous. Everything was taken care of by the time I got home from work. Such a relief, as you kind of take having a working refrigerator for granted, until it stops working! We will definitely call on them again and highly recommend their services.

We provide the excellent service since beginning and till the end . Our friendly operators are always in touch and happy to help our clients to set up the appointments with our skilled technicians. Then we provide the exact estimate after diagnostic and do the repair as soon as possible . Each work order has a warranty .
