Dimitri kept me posted on his show up time. He troubleshot my problem quickly but had to order a replacement part. He promised a show up time on Monday afternoon he replaced the part and was done within 1/2 hour. I think he charged a fair price. I will call him again whenever I have appliance issues.

I posted a work order Saturday AM. Dmitri was willing to come inspect my refrigerator that same afternoon. He troubleshooted, ordered a part, and was back by Monday at 8AM. He was punctual on both occasions. I have personally fixed my freezer so I had an idea of what he was doing. It was clear he is a pro. I will most definitely hire CoolFix in the future. I have already recommended him to a neighbor. I believe Dmitri is owner/operator.
