- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Diagnostic Fee is $49, but we waive this fee if we perform the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a visit - the technician will schedule a visit to the customer's home or business to assess the appliance and diagnose the problem. 2. Diagnosis - The technician will inspect the appliance and use diagnostic tools to determine the root cause of the problem. 3. Quote - Based on the diagnosis, the technician will provide the customer with a quote for the repair. This may include the cost of any parts needed and the labor required to complete the repair. 4. Repair - If the customer agrees to the quote, the technician will perform the repair. 5. Test and Verify - After the repair is complete, the technician will test the appliance to make sure it is functioning properly. 6. Payment - Once the repair is complete, the customer will pay the technician for the service. 7. Follow-up - The technician follows up with the customer to ensure that the appliance is still functioning properly and to answer any questions or concerns they may have.
