- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first, the customer can briefly tell our technician about the problem. Then the technician carries out diagnostics, after which the customer receives a brief report and an estimate for the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are EPA certified and have many years of experience working in appliance repair companies.
