Great experience. Honest. Clean and well-mannered handyman. Open communication between myself, the office, and the handyman. Called well before came to let know was on his way. My oven was too old to get replacement parts for. I had even researched this before hand, expecting the worst. The service man was honest and upfront. Did not try to sell me on a "possible fix.". He even suggested places to obtain a new oven for a decent price.
