- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 10% for military, first responders and seniors. I usually include a trip charge, unless work is performed, then it is waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To be upfront and honest with them. From initial call, to the end of the job, good communication is key. Also letting them know about preventive measures they can take to keep their plumbing and fixtures in tip top shape.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3rd yr student at PHCC, been plumbing for 5yrs. Will be licensed soon, and I am insured.
