- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. For any type of service inquires: First, we will hop on a 30 minute Right-Fit Call to see if we are a good for each other. One I got a clear idea of your business needs, I will suggest which type of service does your business need. Also, I will offer a free financial analysis for your business which includes bookkeeping audit and Financial assessment. This assessment will show you what’s going right and what’s going wrong. It will spot any red flags and opportunities for growth. It will also give you a roadmap of what I think needs to happen within the next 12 months in order for you to make more money. 2. Bookkeeping service engagement: Once we signed a bookkeeping contract, we will conduct a kick off meeting to set up your accounts on QBO, and communicate monthly expectation for you as a customer and my duties as an accountant. Each month, a complete financial performance report will be sent to you and we will be scheduling a meeting to walk over your financial statements. During the monthly service, you can communicate with me anytime through email or text for information updates and, anything! Building a good relationship is the most important part of outsourcing collaboration. 3. If you also signed up for CFO services, this is what it's like to be working with me as an outsourced CFO: - we will set up our first kick off meeting to set targets for your business (financial goals ) for revenue, profit, cashflow drivers, we will create a high level pricing target and conduct different what if analysis to see how the price adjustment affects your cashflow and profit. - After this kick off meeting, each month I will be creating forecasts, compare the actual financial performance to the targets, conduct in depth ratio analysis for different profit and cashflow drives, in that way we can identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities for growth, and all the analytics will be converted into non-accounting language so you as a business owner can understand what is actually going on from a managerial perspective to make the right financial decisions. All these will be communicated in our monthly CFO meeting. You will go home with a solid action plan until next month's meeting to improve your business financials. 3. Druzy Financials also offers Tax services, our tax expert will set up a free consultation call with you at first, if we are a right match for the tax service, we will start the tax planning right away and get you ready for the tax season until its time for tax season, your tax return will be prepared with the most accurate and tax saving focused financials.
