Eric came in earlier than promised, he did replace my water heater by himself..and hauled the leaky one out. A saw a lot of water drops on the path and wanted to dry it but he insisted that its his job to do it. He even sweep the floor and made sure any existing dirt in the area is being taken care of. I think he went above and beyond my expectations of what the job would be like. Very neat and the way he reroute the new connection tubes is very organized, way out of our eye sight.. I feel like the small space has widen. Anyway, very satisfied with the job.. I hope he’s sticking to this line of work, coz he’s good at it

Erick did a wonderful job with my tankless HWH install, including removal of a traditional tank. I am very particular about a clean, well ordered installation and care about the routing of all pipes, supply lines, pressure release piping, etc. Some tradespeople are good at this and some are not, so I’m clear about these goals for my jobs. Erick has a strong work ethic, and stayed as long as my job took, into the evening, knowing I had an important timeline. He is fully committed to doing the job right and was more than willing to route all piping as I requested, ensure he plumbed the job to operate as I was stipulating, and so forth. For a two-unit install and a recirculating line, there is opportunity for a messy result in your garage and my install wraps around a corner, but Erick did a very clean job and understands not only the VERY important operational merit of piping symmetry (when installing more than one unit) but also that there is a visual element to garage walls being orderly vs. messy. Tech advantages can be neutralized by an incorrect install, but I found Erick very knowledgeable and up-to-date on the technology of tankless HWHs, including the specific units I specified and their unique attributes. These include internal recirculating pump and cable/settings that allow two units to share the workload, such that 2 units can essentially operate in parallel and serving as back-up for each other in case of future failure. For these matters, I don’t want someone learning on my job. If you don’t want to know about any such details, then it’s even more important you choose your tradeperson wisely, and Erick would be a good choice. Erick was also willing to advise about a few one-off jobs at my home and hasn’t shied away from those that may be a bit less glamorous. Most homeowners need both types of service, so a plumber who’ll handle a variety of jobs is valuable. As you can see from this glowing review, Erick addressed a variety of topics exactly how I’d want them addressed, calming any concerns about business basics that cannot be assumed and must be earned. He has nailed the basics of communication, work ethic, expertise, listening, accountability, and results.

Erik was prompt to respond to my inquiry about my water heater leaking water. He was prompt and gave a free estimate at my residence. My water heater was on its last legs and he provided a competitive quote that included a warranty on both the parts and labor. I booked Erik because he gave the best deal for the value and was courteous and pleasant to communicate with. He was able to remove my old unit and install a new water heater the next day in less than 3 hours with new parts included as well. What I liked most was that Erik reviewed all the information I needed to know about my water heater and he educated me about all its functions. Payment was collected after the work was completed through credit card.
