- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic organization services starts at $60 per hour Garage organization is $80 per hour Final pricing is determined upon job arrival. ⏰ Minimum Hours: All jobs require a 4-hour minimum session 🚗 Travel Fee: For jobs beyond 25 miles total, a travel fee will be applied. Each session includes a complimentary 'SUV trunk size' donation drop off. Larger Junk Removal services can be arranged for an extra fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. 📞*************************. I love to see photos beforehand if you have them 2. 📋Initial Consultation - I like to meet with you to assess your space & discuss your needs, goals & priorities. 3. 📝 Proposal & Agreement: Prepare detailed proposal & customized plan for your consideration. 4. On the day of the scheduled appointment, I will bring a few boxes and supplies. After a brief 5 minute lookover, we dive straight into it! 4. After completion, an invoice will be sent to you, payment collected and a trunk load of items taken away for donation. We will also discuss useful products that you may benefit from creating a system that works. Depending on the scale of the project we will coordinate for Phase 2 organizing session. 📦 The Organization Process & what to expect... - Sort & Categorize everything, Keep, Donate, Maybes, Declutter unwanted items. Minimizing is key... Before we can organize we must declutter! - Create a home for everything & label. We can use bins or baskets you have on hand or alternatively new products can be supplied upon agreement 👀 Final Walkthrough & Approval: My aim is for you to be happy & satisfied with the results 🔄 Post-project Support :: One month later I like to touch base with you for another walkthrough to see how the space is working for you.

I have a Professional Organizing Certification from IAP College this course enabled me to have insight into the many facets of organizing. In addition to this I have run my own cleaning business for 7 years & assisted many of my clients in creating order in their homes.
