- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic organization services starts at $60 per hour Final pricing is determined upon job arrival. ⏰ Minimum Hours: All jobs require a 4-hour minimum session 🚗 Travel Fee: For jobs beyond 30 miles total, a travel fee will be applied. Each session includes a complimentary 'SUV trunk size' donation drop off. Larger Junk Removal services can be arranged for an extra fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. 📞Contact via phone or email. I love to see photos beforehand 2. 📋Initial Consultation & Meet & Greet: $25 Fee When you have decided which room or area you would like to start with, I meet with you to do a walkthrough. We discuss your needs, goals, budget & preferences. Assessment of the space to make a customized plan & establish priorities. 🗓️ Schedule a date to commence the project 3. 📝 Proposal & Agreement: Prepare detailed proposal, review with client, & sign contract. 4. On the day of the scheduled appointment, I will bring a few boxes and supplies. After a brief 5 minute lookover, we dive straight into it! After all it is the goal to accomplish as much as possible in the time set. You will be amazed at what 4 hours will do! Depending on the scale of the project we will coordinate for Phase 2 organizing session. 4. After completion, an invoice will be sent to you, payment collected and a trunk load of items taken away for donation. We will also discuss useful products that you may benefit from creating a system that works. 📦 The Organization Process & what to expect... - Quick challenge - You remove 10 things that are obvious get rid of items (3 second rule, go!) - Next, the space will be cleared to start with a blank canvas. This can be cleared completely or we can start in sections - Sort & Categorize everything, Keep, Donate, Maybes, Declutter unwanted items. Minimizing is key! - Optimize the space by creating a home for everything, we can use bins or baskets or whatever your preference & style is - Designate a home for everything & label 👀 Final Walkthrough & Approval: Review with the client to ensure satisfaction 🔄 Post-project Support :: One month later I will drop in to do another walkthrough to see how the space is working for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Professional Organizing Certification from IAP College this course enabled me to have insight into the many facets of organizing. In addition to this I have run my own cleaning business for 7 years & assisted many of my clients in creating order and calm in their homes.
