- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact with a prospective client is over the phone or email, we are available in many forms of communication. We make sure all questions or concerns are understood 100% before any commitment is made. An estimate will be provided upon request via email or over the phone. We respect all urgent matters the client may need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our staff are off duty or retired first responders. We are life scanned and have background checks. We are all credentialed and licensed in the subject matter being delivered.
