Thiago is a really fantastic contractor to work with. We had 330 square feet of a below grade basement room that was stripped to the slab after mold remediation - older home from 60s. We decided on porcelain tile. We had questions - do we need to level the slab? We wanted waterproofing, what kind? Having dealt with mold, we had detailed questions about moisture getting trapped. Discussing and planning with Thiago worked really well, he helped us put together a plan we were very happy with, and the floor looks great! During the project, we'd look and wonder about things, had questions. Thiago was very easy to get a hold of and talk things through with. For example when we realized the tile we'd picked out required a product for the edge of the steps - he find a nice low profile product that works with the tile very seamlessly.
