- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give you a set price and do not raise the price for something we missed. The only time pricing would change if you add something.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet at your property and review what areas you painted, repaired, or fixed. We document the areas with photos, listen to all requests, then provide a detailed estimate. If you would like to hire us, we communicate with you throughout the process and have a painting manager and a construction manager to make sure you are satisfied and the work is completed correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed, bonded, and fully insured painting and general contractor with 30+ years of experience and employees that have been with us for 15-20 years.
