What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin our journey with an appointment in your home where I ask you many questions about the project, what’s being stored, and your desired aesthetic. I will measure your inventory and your space down to the fine details. Usually we will again to review designs and select hardware but sometimes my clients are under a time limit in which case I can design on the spot.
