Submitted an inquiry to see if we can fix our existing gate opener (not installed by BMS), and received a prompt reply. After discussion we realized it's not worth fixing our current opener and we aren't quite ready to replace it outright – however the knowledge, honesty, and no pushy sales tactics in our conversations means we will be contacting BMS again when it's time.

The issue was promptly identified and fixed quite professionally. Job well done. However I felt the price charged for the torsion springs may be more than that available in the hardware store. I tried asking about it, but no use since I already agreed on the price initially.
