I am a lifelong multi-genre dancer, with a background in movement therapy and neuroscience of somatics (body sensing), here to be your guide through learning new movement patterns for your body & mind. Welcome! We will combine many different movement modalities (dance (!), yoga, qigong, breathwork, meditation) to move energy, ground, expand into your body, and practice experiencing your most peaceful, joyous self. We focus on gentle, fluid, incremental progress, for long-term growth, wellness & longevity. All levels welcome, all ages welcome.
