I'm wondering who are those "other shops" that give one year warranty for compressor replacement. I did a quick research for most our competitors. In average most of them provide 6 month warranty for compressor replacement labor as this always has been a standard in our industry. In fact we charge about 10-15% less for this type of labor compare to our competitors. It's clearly stated on our website that we provide up to 6 month warranty for repairs. It's your obligation as a customer to review all terms and conditions before start working with a new contractor. This customer also mentioned that we offered him 1 year warranty for compressor replacement while interacting on the phone with him. We proved otherwise by providing phone call records to him. It seemed that his own mistake disappointed him so here we are got a 3 star review for the job that was done smoothly in professional meaner, with a good quality and cheaper then most of the competitors would offer. We also managed to come on Sunday!!, during long weekend as there was coming holiday on Monday (Labor Day) so the customer would not have to wait 2 more days until his fridge gets fixed, as we know how important to have working refrigerator especially during long holidays. Unfortunately this fact was not considered and not appreciated by this customer. Anyway, thank you Ken for your "honest review".
