- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once you inform us on the issue and what phone you have, we can tell you the price to fix it. We do give a discount if additional parts are needed since we are already doing the repair as well. And if we can’t fix it- we won’t charge you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple- I just need to know the make and model of your device, for you to explain what the problem is, and send over a time/location that is convenient for you! That’s it
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for both Apple and Samsung as a representative in training and technical consultant for stores like Best Buy, Costco, Target etc. and after I opened up a cell phone repair store with a business partner. I’ve done it all
