The cleaners did an okay job. Surface cleaning was fine but all the stuff was moved around. They did not wear any shoe protectors and had to be told to remove their shoes. We are not sure if the gloves and the microfiber cloths were changed between the bathroom and kitchen cleaning. The only cleaning products used were windex and bleach. These are okay for the bathroom but toxic for use in the kitchen. The vacuum cleaner was giving out a bad odor when turned on. We were not expecting them to open the refrigerator and clean inside. We did not appreciate them touching the food inside the refrigerator and cleaning with toxic cleaning products. Language barrier was a big issue since we could not communicate our cleaning needs effectively.
