Sam was responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. I called him for what I thought was a circuit breaker issue - he patiently diagnosed the real problem and (when he realized it wasn't something he could fix) charged me nothing for it. Serge was the first to respond to my original inquiry on Thumbtack while other electricians were contacting me still days later. He quoted a fair price and showed up on time. He even did an extra electrical chore in the nearby bedroom closet for free.
