Saif was responsive from the very beginning. He gave me his ETA and upon arrival came prepared with a professional toolbox. He was focused and detail oriented. Just got straight to building my desk and finished it in an hour. I think especially for those of us who aren't experienced building furniture it would have taken us 3 hours because there're so many and all kinds of little pieces that came with it to put together. So he saved me time and I didn't have to worry about potentially damaging the item. Thanks Saif. Would hire again for sure. Would recommend.
