We hired Rafael for a pergola installation job, the job was done nicely with no problem, but they took a ladder from my garage. At my first reach out, he said it’s a mistake and he would drop it off the next week, but he never did nor responded to my follow up messages.

We have steps in our patio, our first contractor said that we will hit the Gazebo when it is installed. We opted to install 1 ft concrete pillars below the gazebo, but we couldn't find any contractor who can do only concrete pillars. Rafael came to check the patio first, and said he can place the gazebo frame first to fit to a place where we won't hit it, and he placed it to fit to the space we have. I recommend him for his willingness to work with the customer's needs.
