- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here in Bernal's Plumbing, We try to take care of all of our customers. One of the ways to achieve that is by making sure we give the customer a fair price while still providing quality A type service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Bernal's Plumbing always strives for the comfort of the customer. We try our best to make sure that when meeting a new customer he does not get treated like a customer but more as a friend and family member. One of our satisfactions is to know that our customers feel comfortable safe and happy when we show up while we do the work and after the work is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Frank Bernal Jr. the founder and owner of Bernal's plumbing have a Associates in Science degree in the plumbing field to go along with my 13 years on the field experience. I am constantly going through the code books to ensure every job i do is up to code and meets all requirements. I am also constantly checking for all new fixtures faucets and materials that constantly come up so i can stay up to date with all plumbing related items. I also ensure that any one who represents my company follows suit. I personally train any new member of my company.
