- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not here to price check for you, I’m here to help you book your vacation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we talk about your travel needs, There is deposit paid before I do all the research to your trip together, (there’s a lot of research that goes into booking a great vacation, a lot of time and effort on my part, which I love doing, that’s the fun part 😀 I emailed you your itinerary, We can go over and fine tune it as you see fit, After you love it, it gets paid for by credit card, and I sent you all the booking confirmations from the companies we booked. Closer to the time you were about to leave on your vacation I send you what I call a “cheat sheet” Which is just your vacation at a glance with all the pertinent information, kind of like a roadmap of your vacation. (I do closer to the time you are going to leave, because flights can change, and I want your “cheat sheet” to be accurate. During your vacation, I am here for any issues, any concerns any questions, ANYTHING. I have access all the companies you booked with. we have a priority line that we can get a hold of them and get answers to your questions or fix whatever needs to be fixed no guarantees, we do our best! After your trip, I would appreciate feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a travel agency number that gives me access to the discounts and packages that we have contracts with.
