- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. To get started, we just need you to send us a copy of the documents you need us to serve. You can fax or email us a copy of the documents, or we can arrange to have a staff member come to you and pickup the documents. 2. Once we have a copy of the documents, we will attempt to serve them right away. 3. Once your documents have been served, we will complete a sworn Proof of Service, and email or fax it to you with an invoice and then electronically file the Proof of Service with the court (upon request).
