Sal and his partner helped us clear out all the unwanted and broken junk that had been accumulating in our backyard. We really needed this space cleaned up, and Sal was able to come promptly and did an excellent job. It was incredibly satisfying to see all the junk hauled away. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again soon!

Sal and his colleague were amazing!! They were initially going to help me move 4 large bookcases I was going to purchase from an online seller. I told him I would call him when I got to the pick up location because I wanted to confirm the bookcases were made of real wood the way the seller stated in the ad. I told Sal not to come until I confirmed I was actually going to buy them. I drove 40 minutes to the valley to the seller’s location. When I arrived Sal and his helper were already there! He said he just wanted to be there “in case” I bought the bookcases! Well it turned out I did NOT buy those book cases because they were not solid wood! I felt terrible that Sal drove all that way and the deal was off! But he was kind and understanding. As it turned out I was able to pick up another item 15 minutes away and used Sal to help me with that. But the item was only one couch so the fee we agreed on was almost half the fee I would have paid Sally to transport the bookcases. Sal was still happy to help and Gorilla Junk Removal picked up and brought the couch to my home. They moved it into my house carefully and without any damage being caused. Im I was very happy with the service by Sal and his helper and I’m going to use them again!! Thank you Sal!

They were life savers! I would choose responsiveness and punctuality as well. I had a lot of items to be picked up and they didn’t shy away at all. They were willing to work with us in order to help save us as much money as possible. Would call again in a heartbeat.
