Sal and his colleague were amazing!! They were initially going to help me move 4 large bookcases I was going to purchase from an online seller. I told him I would call him when I got to the pick up location because I wanted to confirm the bookcases were made of real wood the way the seller stated in the ad. I told Sal not to come until I confirmed I was actually going to buy them. I drove 40 minutes to the valley to the seller’s location. When I arrived Sal and his helper were already there! He said he just wanted to be there “in case” I bought the bookcases! Well it turned out I did NOT buy those book cases because they were not solid wood! I felt terrible that Sal drove all that way and the deal was off! But he was kind and understanding. As it turned out I was able to pick up another item 15 minutes away and used Sal to help me with that. But the item was only one couch so the fee we agreed on was almost half the fee I would have paid Sally to transport the bookcases. Sal was still happy to help and Gorilla Junk Removal picked up and brought the couch to my home. They moved it into my house carefully and without any damage being caused. Im I was very happy with the service by Sal and his helper and I’m going to use them again!! Thank you Sal!

Honestly I can’t say enough good things about GORILLA JUNK REMOVAL. He was prompt, professional, courteous, communicative, and most importantly a man of his word! It’s hard to find companies and individuals you can trust to get the job done without having to check up on them and I definitely did NOT have to do any of that. He sent photos and videos; even updated me when he was leaving to the dump or done for the day. I’ve included the before, during and after pictures. This was no easy job by any means. He was on a fire road on a hillside and said he no problem. And you can tell by the photos they had a full 100 degree gym day basically. A++ hire him!!!!
