FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many times the difference in pricing comes down to the quality of work. Estimated cost... Phone consultations: $65 On-site visits: Troubleshooting- $135 1st hour / $90 each additional hour. New projects- $45 Troubleshooting sometimes can be corrected over the phone while others would require on-site support. Over the phone consultations are discounted compared to on-site visits. Flat pricing can be given for projects such as new installations and replacements. On-site visits would be required. Sometimes additional cost may arise once the project begins that cant be accounted for when estimating cost. This could be things such as items hidden behind walls (piping, additional wall studs, material from previous work), or modifications necessary from poor existing construction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new clients and repeat clients are the same. I encourage every customer to ask as questions. If I can Educate my clients while working with them, maybe I could provide information and a comfort that would save them money in the future. I want to build a trust in my knowledge and skill to become your go to company for all electrical needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Abram Friedman school for solar design and installation. After working in the field of solar as an installer and technician, I found it to be limiting. There was more to electrical than solar panels and inverters that I wanted to know. I eventually enrolled in the general electrician course at San Bernardino Valley college, while working as an apprentice with another contractor. The experience I gained working in and with the other trades gave me insight to the techniques used for quality workmanship.
