FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Phone consultations: $45 On-site troubleshooting: $135 for the first hour, $90 for each additional hour Estimates for upgrades, remodels, and new installations: $45 Estimate fee waived if hired Some issues can be corrected over the phone, which can save time and reduce cost. For new installations and replacement work, flat-rate pricing may be available after an on-site evaluation. We make every effort to provide accurate estimates; however, additional costs may arise if hidden conditions are discovered once work begins. These may include obstructions behind walls, unforeseen framing, existing materials from previous work, or modifications required due to poor existing construction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you’re a new customer or a returning one, my approach stays the same. I encourage questions and believe in keeping customers informed throughout the job. If I can educate you along the way, I can provide both clarity and comfort, while helping you make better decisions about your electrical system now and in the future. My goal is to earn your trust through knowledge, skill, and honest service, and to become the company you can rely on for all your electrical needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first trained in solar design and installation at Abram Friedman Occupational Center and later continued my education through the General Electrician program at San Bernardino Valley College while gaining hands-on experience as an apprentice. I bring 7 years as a licensed electrical contractor, 13 years as an electrician, and over 20 years in the construction field. That combination of training and real-world experience has given me a strong foundation in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and quality workmanship, along with a broader understanding of construction practices that helps me deliver safe, reliable, and well-executed work.
