This is about Robert and his business, Retro Wash LLC: This guy is nothing short of AMAZING! First off, he shows up NOT in a pickup towing a little trailer, but in a 3-TON Flatbed Diesel Truck all rigged out with the latest ultra high pressure cleaning equipment specifically designed for this kind of work. IMPRESSIVE to say the least. Within 15-min of arriving, all my neighbors came over to see what was going on. When they found out it was concrete cleaning, they all asked him for his card. He got right to work, and finished within a very reasonable amount of time. The job he did was just incredible, taking his time where it was needed and being extremely careful not to damage anything with all that pressure. His manor was refreshingly courteous and respectful. We talked a little about his deep desire to grow his business by delivering more to his customers than they are expecting, both in terms of quality and price. He certainly did that for us, and we could not recommend him higher! I don't say this very often, but you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not hire Robert to do your exterior cleaning. I don't see how anyone else could (or would) reach the bar he has set for himself and his business. Extraordinary!

Retro Wash came to my home to do a fist time cleaning on the exterior of my 1946 Los Angeles home. It had not been painted (or cleaned) in 20 years. The communication was great, very clear on expectations, and great work. The house is stucco with a lot of wood accents and looked so nice after all the trim and surfaces were free of dirt.
