- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
People are out of work. People need some help one way or another. I took that national average of an entry-level resume, and divided that by 4. With all services, that is how I price for the services I offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being as detailed as possible. Advise of any and all changes, make sure that the customers needs are met. Asking questions about the desired results for each customer, and then exceed them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years for professional writing in many differing and distinct areas, includnig legal, court and resume documents. Typing speed of 60 wpm, and strong background in skip tracing, information gathering and report presentation.
